The Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) standards under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 245 D, are part of a larger HCBS Waiver Provider Standards initiative to improve the dignity, health, and independence of the people we serve.

24 Hour Emergency Services
Night Supervision
Individual Home Support with Training
Individual Home Supports with Family Training
Individual Home Support without Training
